First of all thank you for the love and support for Morning Face. It means a lot to the whole team over here. In response to the influx of questions, we wanted to take some time to quickly answer the most repeated.

How often will the emails be going out? - Twice a week.

I’m having trouble accessing the internship portal. When will it open back up? - Due to the plethora of applications, there’s been an override to the system. We’ve elevated the matter to IT and will hope to open it back up shortly.

Workout - Legs, Calves, Abs

Squat - 3x10, 3x6, 2×4 (increase weight for each rep change, and increase on the second set of 4 too)

Leg extension - 4x10 (1 second pause reps)

Laying Leg Curl - 4x10

Leg press - 4×10 (narrow stance, legs back to touch your chest)

Calf Raises - 4×25

Ab Finisher - 8 MINUTE ABS (a must watch and can be done every day)

Something to Watch

Outer Range season 2 just came out on Amazon. If you haven’t seen season 1, it’s awesome. Josh Brolin is a rancher who is trying to keep his land from a rivaling neighbor. Josh doesn’t wanna sell, the families hate each other, and also, there’s a giant hole in the ground on his land and no one knows where the hell it goes. Watch to find out.

Something to Listen to

Josh Brolin’s daughter and Lewis Pullman are in a band together called Atta Boy. If you’re into indie alternative, they rock. Since Josh and Lewis play father and son in Outer Range, Atta Boy might be the perfect pairing.
